Supporting the Family of Austin Harris

 

It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of the sudden passing of my sonAustin Harris on Friday, July 10th. At only 31 years old, he was a devoted father and the primary provider for his wife, Chelsea, and their five children.

 

No parent should ever have to experience the pain of losing a child. Because this was completely unexpected and there was no life insurance in place, the family is facing an immediate financial crisis. We are establishing this GoFundMe to help his wife and children cover essential living expenses and funeral costs as they navigate this devastating transition.

 

Our goal is to provide them with the stability they need to grieve and handle the necessary paperwork without the added pressure of immediate financial hardship. Any contribution—or simply sharing this page—will make a significant difference for them during these next few months.

 

I want to express my deepest gratitude for the outpouring of love and support our family has received. It means more to us than words can convey.

 

A Note Regarding Privacy While we appreciate the kindness and concern from our community, we kindly ask for privacy and respect as we process this loss. Please understand that my son, Kodiak, and the rest of our family need space right now. We kindly request that you refrain from asking questions about the circumstances of his passing. Your well-wishes and messages of love are deeply cherished and are more than enough.

 

Due to this family emergency, I will be taking a step back from my professional obligations, including cancelling my remaining tour dates for the year, to focus on my health and support my family through this healing process.
